Sharp KS-COM18US-RD: 1.8L Cooking With 8 Presets

The Sharp KS-COM18US-RD is a 1.8L electric rice cooker built for households that want a simple way to cook rice and keep it warm after cooking. Its 8 preset cooking modes and 3D heating are the main reasons to consider it if you want more flexibility than a basic one-button cooker.

3D Heating for Even Cooking

This model uses 3D heating technology, which is designed to distribute heat more evenly during cooking. For buyers, that matters because it supports more consistent results across the pot instead of relying on a single heat source.

Eight Preset Cooking Modes

With 8 preset cooking modes, the cooker can handle more than standard white rice preparation. That gives you more control when you want a setting suited to the rice or recipe you are making, instead of adjusting everything manually.

Keep Warm Up to 24 Hours

The keep-warm function is rated for up to 24 hours. This is useful if your meal timing changes or if you want rice ready later without letting it cool down too quickly.

Non-Stick Inner Pot

The inner pot uses a 2.2mm PTFE non-stick coating. That helps reduce sticking and makes the pot easier to clean after use, which is a practical benefit for regular home cooking.

Who This Cooker Suits Best

The 1.8L capacity is a good fit for small to medium households that cook rice regularly. It is also a sensible pick if you want a straightforward electric rice cooker with preset modes rather than a more advanced multi-cooker setup.

Included Accessories

The verified accessories listed for this model are a measuring cup, ladle, spoon, and steamer. If you want a cooker that is ready for basic serving and steaming tasks out of the box, that bundle is helpful.
