How It Works

Enter your “order number” and “Billing Email” and click ‘Track’ to know the status of your order. If you do not know your order number, check your order confirmation email.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Delivery Guidelines

If you anticipate you will not be available to receive your order, you may designate someone to receive on your behalf but ensure this person has a valid copy of your ID along with a signed authorisation letter or a copy of your order confirmation email.

Kindly have the exact amount ready upon delivery if your payment method is Pay On Delivery.

Large/heavy items may incur a delivery charge, which will be clearly stated at checkout, so no need to worry about extra fees or charges during delivery.
